Skyline View Penthouses

The manager (Laszlo) was amazing, from contacting us to see if we needed transportation from the airport as we arrived at midnight, to showing us a video on how to get into the apartment, but then coming in when he dropped us off to make sure we were ok. The location was a 5 min walk to the Christmas markets which is why we were there. I would definitely come back if I go back to Budapest.!

It was lovely flat. A jacuzzi is huge. You have got everything you need to enjoy your stay in Budapest. I got perfect instructions how to check in and check out. A host was friendly and helpful.

You will hear your neighbours like they are having fun on your sofa🙈 luckily it was just once and very quick

Absolutely stunning apartment - beautiful decorations, looked like a castle. Also very nice old and peaceful building + a stunning view from the apartment into the street with a little park. Also absolutely incredible staff, specifically Laszlo who was so friendly and sweet the whole time! An incredible experience overall.

Location, quiet

Room wasnt clean. The towels were tiny and not luxurious at all. The cutlery and plates were not clean. Nothing about the room was luxury.

everything was perfect

From start to finish the communication with the hosts was fabulous. The apartment was located centrally and all the facilities were very good even had a washing machine and fresh coffee ☕️ provided. Would definitely stay again good value for money.

Would have preferred a double/king-size quilt instead of two singles

Very friendly staff. Excellent location with a lot of restaurants and shops. Tram and bus stops at walkable distance. And plenty of attractions nearby. I was allowed to check in early. Staff was quite to resolve issues, when I asked for more kitchen utensils they provided it within a day

Not having a jacuzzi The kitchen didn't have enough utensils Existing utensils were dirty The coffee machine didn't work The kettle had some residue at the bottom, it didn't come off with a scrub. Whenever water is boiled, it came off as tiny particles

The location of the property was good

The website said there was parking included which there wasn’t and we got two parking tickets. The room also said it came with a hair dryer which it didn’t. This was disappointing

It's a very good accomodation, I hope I will come back here as soon as possible. The location was pretty good, everything is close, and the view is very nice. The metro is around 2-3 minutes by walking. The jacuzzi is very good with a street view.

The apartment is in the very center of the city, which was great because we could go everywhere on foot. It was a bit loud though, but to be fair, it was New Years so this was expected and we didn’t mind. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We entered the apartment 3 hours later because the host didn’t answer our phone after he told us he’ll come to the apartment to show us where the parking is. He later apologized and told us he would make it up to us, but did nothing. It was very disappointing, and we missed half of our day in Budapest. The money we gave for this apartment wasn’t worth it at all. The last day we asked to stay for an hour more, and the host let us stay, so this is why I didn’t give the lowest grade.
