Loved our stay at Luxury Suites Down Town! Hosts were very attentive and responded to our requests and questions immediately. Location is great, very close to cafes, shops and different attractions. Will definitely stay at this place next time I visit Budapest. Special thanks to Paula, who was always in touch and helped us throughout the stay with anything we needed!

The location was perfect, close to the Christmas market and many restaurants and stores. The communication with the owner and the staff was excellent. They always answered my messages quickly. The apartment was very warm during the cold December days. It was on the 5th floor and had a lovely view.

The bathroom door did not close properly. The bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly, especially the floor.
