Cozy appartment right in the center 😊 Quick and comfortable communication with landlord. The appartment is smaller than expected but it's just my expectations 😅

loft is awkward unless you are young and mobile, some minor items need fixing or replacing

It was very hot inside the property even on days when it was cold or raining outside. we was provided with a fan which helped but it was still very hot which made it a bit difficult to sleep, maybe the air conditioning should be turned on before May to help with this.

Very beautiful apartment in great location in the city center. Near to metro and bus station with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Though it was in the heart of the city it was very peaceful. We liked it a lot. Becky was very helpful and explained us everything we wanted. We hope to visit it again.

It would be perfect if it had a one use slippers for the guests

It was easy to find parking but in a garage it was very expensive until we didn't find some cheaper opened parking. But with apartment everything was good.

Too many cleaning stuff all over the place.

I recently stayed at this B&B with my family: two adults and three teenagers (ages 10-14-14). While I understand that everyone can make mistakes, there were a series of circumstances that made our stay less than pleasant. I initially wrote the host privately on WhatsApp with my concerns but received no response, prompting me to share my feedback here on Booking in the hope that it contributes to an improved experience for future guests. Firstly, I want to acknowledge the strategic location of the apartment and the super easy check-in process. The size of the apartment, while small, is acceptable for 2-3 adults or AT MOST 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect for young people that want to be close to the night life area and main metro station. The apartment is too small for a group of five and I don't even know why is that a possible option on Booking.

- The apartment was not clean! We encountered excessive dust, suspicious spots on the toilet and on the bed sheets. (see reference photo shot in the moment of our arrival) - Meeting in person for payment is a bit inconvenient. We had to work around the host's schedule and that's not ideal. Eventually we found a time that was good for everyone but we faced an issue with accessing cash from the ATM before meeting the host (and we are sorry for wasting Becky's time!) Initially, we were offered the option to pay for one day and leave, but later the decision was reversed, causing unnecessary confusion. I offered to send the money immediately through a bank transfer but the host refused (which I understand but it's also a bit suspicious), so I left Becky a deposit and we had to meet again in the afternoon to give the rest of the cash. - Becky mentioned a few times to send a technician to fix the broken TV while we were already in the B&B. I refused because we don't need TV and because it would be more appropriate to address such issues when the apartment is unoccupied to avoid disruption to guests. - I understand that everyone goes through difficult and challenging days, but Becky displayed signs of irritation on multiple occasions. - Despite booking for five people, we were provided with only four towels and one toilet roll. The is a washing machine but the drawer was occupied with clothes with a sign saying "Please do not touch". - The building and area are not super silent so consider hearing noises through the night

The room was fully equipped with anything we needed and super clean. The location was perfect close to public transport and many restaurants. Becky was always available for any questions before and during out stay and super kind!
