Very good communication with the owner. Near Balna terasz - there are many places to eat or drink a cocktail. The stop of the famous tram 2 is right in front of the apartment. Comfortable apartment in a quiet location, equipped with everything you need. There is also a small equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. We had a great time. We definitely recommend.

Great location, we did all the main attractions by walking. Very clean and great staff. Zoltan was very responsive and very nice letting us leave the luggage until later after we checked out.

We just had one small issue with the towels sizes, which 2 were hand towels instead of shower towels. But Zoltan quickly helped us to sort it.

It was good ratio of price and quality. The apartment is close to the tram stop so it was convenient to go to any direction, The apartment is not far from city center. The owner was helpful, reacting and answering to the questions. They have allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment earlier than registration time, while cleaning was going on, but it was perfect for us to leave the luggage and go out. It was small kitchen to prepare the food. No kettle, but you can boil the water in a pot. It was OK for short stay.

Great location, right by the river, next to the park and basically everything is within walking distance. You can park your car for a fee directly opposite the house under the Bálna shopping center (I can also recommend this) and then travel around the city by public transport, which is much easier and faster than by car. The apartment itself is clean, no noise from the street and there is everything you could possibly need. The owner is nice and always helpful, so don't be afraid to ask for local tips. I have nothing to complain about, I definitely recommend it and I look forward to going back there again.

The check-in was more difficult due to the procedure but also due to the fact that I booked the apartment the day before and then the next day while traveling I did not check the messages received through booking. A day before, immediately after booking, we received a message (which was probably an automated message) telling us that the key is in a box on the right side of the building. I searched for more than 40 minutes for that box, I called the host, I wrote to him on whatsapp but he was not available. Later I checked the email and saw other messages telling us that we had to upload our data and passport photo in an application and after that we will receve de acces informations. I started this procedure, which turned out to be difficult because the application freezes, does not scan the documents...etc. For this reason, I called the Booking assistant reporting problems at check-in...in the end we managed to register the documents. After registering in the application, we received the real access data. It was not pleasant at all because we were after a long journey with the child and we stayed for almost 2 hours in front of the building. But the problem it was solved. The apartment is nice and small but comfortable for a family. It is close to the center, restaurants and tourist attractions, we walked every day.

Host is very friendly and helpful for everything you need. I truly appreciate that.

Quiet, great location. A very practical way to check in. The host is very kind. The beds are comfortable. We had no problem finding parking in the area during the holidays. Internet in the apartment was good. In the living room there is a larger refrigerator, with a freezer that is not visible in the photos.

The kitchen is very basic. There is no space for drying dishes. The bathroom is very small.
