Apartment of Közraktár

The apartment is in a great location, two separate rooms, kitchen fully equipped with appliances and dishes. Heating excellent. You do not have direct contact with the owner, he will send you a message with the codes for the entrance, lockbox and wifi access. From Friday from 10 pm to Monday until 8 am, parking is free. Every time I found a free parking space within 100m from the entrance of the building.

The lack of a TV, the wifi router could be a bit faster - currently max. 144 Mbs.

The bathroom has an entrance from both rooms. Parking is possible in the surrounding streets or in a nearby garage. Excellent heating.

The pillows in the living room are too hard.

Host is very helpful! We had problem and he helped us as soon as he could, even if he is working far from the city. Location for this price is very good. We had breathtaking evening walk beside river Dunaj. Public secured underground parking is near - first 7 hours is charged and then up to 24 hours is free. Hourly its charged 400 HUF (approx. 1€), maximum 24 hours charge is 2 800 HUF (approx. 7 €).

Flat is small, but for 2 people for 1 or 2 nights it's enough.

Amazingly helpful owner and one of the best areas in the Pest's part of the city. Internet and all facilities in the apartment are good.

It could have been a little cleaner

+ Location + Price + Clean + Communication with an owner (He was extremely nice and helpful, if we needed something, he could helped us) + Possible to check-in earlier (i didn't experience that early check-in is possible when i travel, so I was surprised)
