Apartment with Balcony and AC next to Danube

Location and size

In need of update…shower room tiny..toilet separate with cold water and tiny basin only..very small space. Not good for older or any physical impairment.. Cooking facilities poor..utensils poor or non existent..not enough information to operate small washing machine and cook top..information concerning finding the property if driving ( road bollard blocking entry to street..and not sufficient parking information..excellent car park very close..but we did not know) bedding and bed poor. Hot water and kitchen sink only area to shave and wash..no mirror bring your own. We sent an email with our suggestions to the contact ( we are holiday accommodation managers in Australia) this I believe was not welcomed (compared our comment concerning huge pillow/ cushions to personal underwear choice? not everyone travels with their own pillows as was suggested) Apartment has great potential..with small renovation and updating of kitchen, bathroom and toilet if possible. Probably our only booking failure through Booking.Com

Great location for a short trip to Budapest - very central Apartment was clean, good facilities

Not to specifically say that I minded but for feedback sake, Some of the furniture and parts of the flooring is not very inviting because of cracks etc.

Central location yet a quiet street. Bed VERY comfortable. Excellent water pressure when showering.

The location and the clear communication from Emely were the best parts of this place. A 200 meter walk to Danube views and in an active neighborhood. Can't ask for much more.

Toilet room is small. If you are taller than 6'1" you are going to have a difficult time in the toilet room. There rest of the place is spacious for any sized individual.

I came out the front door and walked about 50 yards and I was right in the heart of things. Location is just perfect.

Everything was great. If they had a comfortable reclining chair then that would be the icing on the cake. They also need an instruction sheet on the coffee table by the TV to show you how it works. I finally figured out the 4 digit code but could not get the tv to work.
