In accordance with Hungarian law, we are required to register all our guests in the National Tourist System (NTAK). Detailed information about the Law can be found on the state website Vendegem.hu Please provide us with the following information at least 5 days before the arrival. We require a copy of travel documents (EU citizens provide ID or passport, all others ONLY passport) from ALL the guests who stay in our apartments. Example of the picture will be sent to you right after the reservation, along with the email address to which you are required to send the documents. Please make a picture WITHOUT FLASH! The document must be CLEARLY VISIBLE: - date of birth, - name - document number. - address of your registration , indicating the country, city and POSTAL CODE. Without this information unfortunately we won't be able to proceed the check-in and have the right to refuse accommodations. Please note that heating is only available from 15 October to 15 April. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
