Even though the hotel apartment in ols building inside the apartment was very good and excellent condition. Very good stay for family.

Bad smell inside building and inside the bathroom.

The apartment meets your expectations as everything is as described in booking.

The only thing good about property is its location.

Nothing was good. It was just as worst as it can be. From check in to checkout. Lift not working,room.blinds issue. Ac remote cell to be changed. Housekeeping was pathetic. 2 tissue rolls small size for entire trip. Hospitality was zero from host. Everything i asked the answer was sorry. No courtesy. Customer interaction was poor.Highly priced when compare. It was more off a bank locker to keep entering codes.very uncomfortable.have to move luggage on checkout say from stairs from 4th floor as host said i cant help if lift is not working. Heavy metal doors hard to.open, dark in corridors so difficult to move around. teabags expired leaking placed without any covering. Sugar cubes also open with tiny insects and lot of mosquito. Overall highly avoid booking this property .it is over rated as far as reviews are concerned and it is a trap i also fell. Crockery was so pathetic broken mugs,plates edges broken ,dirty and electric kettle was dangerous to use as water keeps coming out due to cap not closing and it was rusty and dusty from.inside.
