The apartment was clean and warm. Communication with the host was easy and quick and the position was perfect.

The only thing I would suggest is to add some towel hangers in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect in my opinion.

The location was perfect. Kitti is a nice person. The instructions how to get in the room were straightforward.

The chairs were a little bit dirty and because they are white you can observe this easily.

The reception service is excellent

The bread maker is dirty, the pot is dirty, the electric kettle is dirty, the utensils are dirty, and the washing machine is dirty. After cleaning the mold stains in the detergent dispenser of the washing machine, I realized that the washing machine is broken. The receptionist's response was to go to a self-service laundromat outside.

Kitti is an excellent host, everything was perfectly well organised. Flat has everything you need, very centrally located.

Note that there are no proper curtains, so it gets light when the sun rises.

The flat was beautiful and clean. Heating was on when we arrived. Tea and coffee left for us. Shower gels and toilet rolls provided. Kitti was very attentive. Facilities were modern , new, stylish and superb. We very much enjoyed our stay. Code entry system was very convenient.
