Unfortunately, just many small cleanliness issues - dirty forks (dried on food), dirty pots (caked on food), unchanged garbage, "remnants" of the previous guests left spattered to the toilet seat. The key thing about running an apartment as a hotel is that it's VERY important that guests don't feel like they're living in someone else's mess. It's essential that traces of the previous guests be cleaned up before the next guests.
