Smart City Apartment 2

The host is pretty nice, It's a cute and cozy apartment, right next to the parlament building and very close to the center 😊

the apartment is located in a very good location and the furniture is exactly to my taste. congratulations!

The location

We stayed only one night we left the next morning ever thought we have book 7 days . The house needs renovation. The walls are dirty and needs to be painted. The furnitures are scratched. The shoe placement furniture is dirty .there was inside the thing we clean our ears. The room floor was clean but it was a little bit unkempt as an apartment. The bed sheets and pillows where clean and freshly washed. But how we know that they where clean if we would not see them clearly because of the patterns on them? Except the rest of the towels , There was a towel, which was a Barbie on it and that was for the beach, not for an apartment. The bed was in really bad position. We couldn’t get out of the bed sides at all! Only in front we can get off. Also the mattress as too hard. Really too hard. I have been in Budapest 10 times, that was no2 mattress in hardness ever! It wasn’t comfortable at all. And after a day of walking it’s the only thing can give us some rest. The building is dark and falling apart . Really scary to walk into the building at night, since is impossible to see if someone is even there. The apartment has the washine machine in the restroom. On top of the bathing tub , there's a big water heater container....super scary...hopefully is well installed...if it falls, can be real bad.

Location. 2 mins from the Parliament and Danube River. Maybe 5 mins from Chain Bridge. Comfortability, was able to sleep well (but probably needs thicker curtains). The photos looks like as it is in real life.

Needs a bit of cleaning. And it was dark along the hallway when u arrive or go out at night. Just had little issues getting in the building and apartment but went ok after a few times. Wasnt able to use the stove cos i cant get it to work (or maybe it's just me).

Location was close to a metro station, parliament building, and the river. Quiet street and area. Elevator available to the 2nd floor apartment. Host was responsive. Provided codes for front entrance and lockbox for key.

Booking.com shows the apartment at 3 stars. I think it'd be more appropriate to list it as 2 stars. Very old building. Not represented in the listing photos. Issues that can be fixed: We stepped on a small piece of glass shortly after arrival. Light dangling off the ceiling by the wire, outlet pulled off the wall when an adaptor was plugged in. Air conditioning worked but loud. Bedding was old. Issues that cannot be fixed: Bathroom very tight and difficult to step in and out of the small bath tub. The bed is on a raised platform and it should be mentioned it is not the best option for seniors to navigate, especially at night even with a stool. Windows face other units. We kept all shades closed, sacraficed natural light for privacy. We booked 4 nights but checked out after one night.

Communication good . Convenient location for exploring. Restaurants and supermarkets close by.

No kitchen sink plug so dirty plates and microwave. Curtains were see through so not only let the light in , gave no privacy at night! Old stained mattress
