Finding the keys!!

It was very good because you could choose you own breakfast; the food was amazing on the menu and the buffet where you can get your own. I recommend staying there. and you get a pool view and watch people swim.

Great location basic room with fold out in lounge room. Located on the beach. A couple of minute walk from the beach to the main gate entrance to the shops and restaurants.

Being in the club apartment building our apartment was privately owned and advertised through booking.com The lady that checked us in and out was lovely and helpful but the hotel staff not so much. Wouldn’t even hold our luggage for us on the day of checkout.

The location is great. Close to the shops, restaurants that I frequent. It was also near by the beach which was handy and I found it central to everything that I required. The kids loved the area and the kids pool also. Pricing would also make me rebook this spot.

Picking up the keys at a separate reception area to the main Jayakarta spot. It took a moment to work out how to find it, and then upon picking up the room key, the man at the desk was not helpful as to how to actually find the room (It was in the building across , not in the building where the room key was picked up) The pool area, mainly the kids pool, where I spent most of my time, was not safe. The tiles are very slippery and constantly saw kids and even adults slipping.
