Cozy Bali Apartment

The location to the beach, shops and my family staying in a different hotel.

The property is run down and in need of a serious update and modernisation but it’s super clean and tidy!

Our room was on a side and didn’t have neighbors. Very quiet place. Clean, housekeeping was good, property have everything I need. Very close to shopping, bars and restaurants, laundry and money change, 2 steps from the beach, that is not that crowded as in center of Kuta and more clean. Stuff at the restaurant is amazing!! Very friendly and helpful!! Open 24/7. Front desk for this apartment is in the next building, but you can talk about your needs over the phone (whatsup) and they Very responsive!! I only took the keys from the front desk and returned it back when was leaving. It’s not brand new property. But for the price we pay and anyway we only sleep there, it’s absolutely great!! I loved the balcony too!!!

The apts 2 steps from the beach. The restaurant on a property works 24/7. Pool basically we steam till 2 am, but only in approved part of it. 7/11, laundry, money change (the good one) right across the street. Very comfortable location! The beach actually the best part of it. Not do crowded as in Kuta. We rented 2 different apartments, both were good. For such a money absolutely worth it! Quiet place.

Basically everything was good.

The resort itself is beautiful & staff are wonderful. Facilities are great & the restaurant was very nice.

We stayed in a private apartment which was only in fair condition. The lounge was creepy & kitchen had hardly anything in it. Smelt musty & needs a good airing out. Doors to balcony only had a latch which did not work well.

How kind & accommodating the owners were before arriving. We sat at the beach every afternoon for sunset so the beach access was great! The kids pool was great also!

A constant drip in the bathroom of the master and the two cats that kept making anything we hung out on the balcony their bed!

The pools are excellent and offered a place away from the constant barrage of hawkers at Seminyak. Dining and bar were consistently good but limited to a fairly western menu. I wanted to be in Bali and eat Balinese foods. Cleaning staff and reception were helpful.

Worst beds, so bad that we first moved rooms, then later bought foam to go on top of the mattress as there was no chance we were going to sleep. Broken down chairs, picnic cutlery and now, the whisk I just donated! Seminyak has been destroyed by tourism and is a circus of hawkers and a thousand shops all selling the same thing. At night it is bad karaoke.

We have some personal issues and the staff help us to solve the problem without any problems. Thanks for the support great staff

Location was excellent. Right on the beach and lots of great eateries. Good size two separate bedroom plus ensuite.

The apartment we had stink, it’s the drains. Also there was a constant water dripping which was hard to sleep plus the music from the pubs.
