Ocean Star Apartment Sanur

Apartment was clean, had everything we wanted, bed and pillows comfortable, air conditioner was cold. A great location a small walk to the beach, earrings/restaurants. Staff were fabulous and responsive if you needed anything. Having a washing machine is a bonus too! Close to Icon

Staff were amazing went over and beyond. Rooms are bright airy and clean in a central location. Pool was at the other complex a bit awkward to use. My only little complaint could be noisy with neighbours, dogs, roosters 🐓

We were in room 8. The noise from the nearby bar at night was terrible, even until after 2am. Had ear plugs in and could still hear the noise. Going back for 6 nights soon so have requested another room. Not good being a light sleeper. The room, staff are all fantastic 👌

Noise constantly from loud neighbors all night to dogs barking constantly and I asked when booked over 3weeks in advance for quiet room on top floor was given down stairs room and people above me were moving furniture 11:30pm on their new year day of silence where no one could come out and everything was closed I had prepared to cook but the gas was out and therefore I was left for over 24hrs. Unable to cook or eat

Stayed at 3 different place in Bali and to say this was the best, from the comfortable bed to the location couldn’t fault one bit

Amazing no faults

Nice apartment complex, with amazing staff. Very clean! Every day fresh towels. Short walking distance to the beach. We changed the room twice due to loud music from a bar in the street. Problems with the water, which were solved during our stay.
