Staff very attentive and apartment very clean. Highly recommended.

The staff where so helpful and friendly. The location is great just a short walk to the mall, the beach and restaurants. The room was clean,quiet and relaxing

Clean... location is good..easy to get what tou need and easy to go to the beach

During our stay..there was constantly the noise bip bip bip...staff said it was electricity that belong to neighbors....well...beyond their ability to solve...also several hours of music...again..from neighbors.. Apart from that...we are satisfied and would love to come back....

Location and cleanliness

On arrival we were disappointed that we didn’t get a ground floor pool view that we requested and were promised. So allocated room 5 up stairs and given the keys and to come back in an hour when room would be ready. We came back on an hour and went to room 5 and unlocked the door to find another couple in there unpacking. They had just arrived but didn’t have a key. I find this pretty unacceptable. So went to the desk had to surrender the key to room 5 and got put into room 6 which was a connecting room to 7. Rizwan the manager couldn’t have cared less and no apology at all. As for the cleaning staff Nanda and Eka they were lovely and always wanting a chat and do anything for you, Suffice to say we won’t be staying again.

What a great place. I stayed 5 nights here. It was big, clean and in a great location just a minute walk the Sanur Icon and the night market.

There are a couple of roosters in a nearby house that make a fair bit of noise, not just in the morning.

We absolutely loved our 6 night stay at the Ocean Star Apartments. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The property is very clean and the apartments are fitted out with everything you need. There are also washing machines available if you want to wash your own clothes. It's hard to find a better location when staying in Sanur.

Bathroom was dirty, shower obviously not clean with hair in several spots. Walls also dirty in bathroom. Loud roosters, loud neighbors late into the night after 2am.
