The hotel apartment was perfect. Large fridge, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, free amount of water daily during room cleaning, the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel smelt and felt great. The clean towels. The fact that there's a great supermarket downstairs and cafe to create my own meals in my room. The staff were very attentive. Everyone was great and super helpful!

Sound proofing could be better and my ear plugs worked like a miracle. I would highly recommend using ear plugs to have a quiet sleep.

The facility more than stay in hotel. Almost stay here every year when im back to indonesia, jakarta. Good stuff and good service.

nice location, nice staff, nice view

it was not super super clean, also during the 4 days the bedsheets were not cleaned once, also they only gave 1 key even though we asked for two keys otherwise you couldnt come up with the elevator without a keycard. Also we only got 2 towels and if we asked for more we had to pay extra. I mean you can at least give a face towel and a bigger towel. Very strange for this kind of hotel.
