Friendly staff, strategically great location. Very quiet. Supermarket on the ground floor. Breakfast selection ok. Excellent WiFi.

The equipment is a bit old. The inside of the cupboards in the kitchenette is dirty, the inside of the washing machine is completely dirty, there is a musty smell. Joints in the shower and door to the shower cubicle with mold, side cutters already blackened and with mildew stains. Access to the pool is only possible via a service elevator. Unfortunately, no corresponding information. Kitchen equipment. 2 glasses and 2x cutlery.

There is a small supermarket on the premises, and there is also a store that sells alcohol, so purchasing alcohol is easy.

Room is small and maintenance was terrible. The air conditioner leaked water and my PC and cell phones were wet, the closet door was broken, and there were many tiny ants all over the room. I was given a different room after my claiming but the ants were also there.

Walking distance to library @ taman izmail marzuki and a few restaurants nearby

Parking fee quota is limited. not very much choices of breakfast menu. i was given a drinking glass that still has lipstick stain, was given another glass for replacement (need to wash it myself since i have kid)

Very pleasant stay, room size is a bit small, but very enough. overall GOOD!
