Location is good and pool

You can hear the noisy of your next door which one nite next door so noisy until 01.00 am, the amenities like towel they need to change the new one as i got ripped towel , they provide washing machine but you cant dry your clothes , they provide stove but you cant do anything as they dont provide kitchenette

location of property, the surrounding area, sufficient parking lot, the gym is surprisingly very good liked the 5-star 's one.

room cleanliness and bathroom cleanliness are required absolutely extra attention, cobwebs in some corners, we got to ask changing the towels and bedding due to dirtiness and stains, lastly changing the room breakfast was very standard with limited choices, taste was just okay, do not expect more, however staff in the resto were quite helpful

I’ve been staying here before for 6 days and we love it for its spacious room and nice facilities such as large infinity pool, gym and kids club. Location is also very central, easy to go around in Jakarta.

In the morning there was a cleaning staff that was cleaning room next to our room. He put the cleaning equipment in front of our door for a few hours so it made us difficult to go out or use the elevator. The problem is the next room is pretty small, so why he put the big cleaning stuff on our way out for a few hours?It made me feel uncomfortable since I wanted to have a quiet morning without noise from someone cleaning for a few hours in a very small room. We will check out on the middle of the day, but it doesn’t mean he can disturb our morning with plenty of noise before we check out. 2nd, there is no sponge and soap to wash the dishes. There is a kitchen in the room so it doesn’t make sense if guests have to buy a sponge and soap for washing dishes while staying for one or two nights. Don’t be stingy. if there is a guest staying in, hotel should provide the soap and sponge in the kitchen too.

In the city centre, near the train station , close to market and street food

Rooms were.. dirty. After a minute we killed a few cockroaches. We asked smn to come to have a look, so the guy came and used kind of spray for insects. While spraying I thought he would vomit and we were left with the smell. Curtains, I believe, were never washed, vacuuming happened.. never? I paid for breakfast while booking but in the morning I was asked to pay as my payment was per ‚status of the room'- whatever it is - the guy was not able to explain what they mean. i went to talk about it with a receptionist but no one was there. the next morning 'status' seemed to have been ok as no one told me to pay additionally. also check out- i received sms about check out at 12, i sent the screenshot that app says it's 1 pm(we had airport transfer then) so they ' agreed ' for late checkout… generally, the least pleasant stay in Indonesia
