Comfortable, clean with good facilities and comfortable bed .Great breakfast and near the station to visit Bogor for the day and not far from the SkyTrain station for the airport at NCI

The lifts at first are a little confusing.

Centrally located in Cikini, the apartment is very comfy and pretty spacious for family. It has great facilities such as a long swimming pool, gym, and kids playground. It also located very close to minimarket, restaurants, coffee shops and within 10 minutes we can go to shopping malls such as Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia.

The cleanining service wasn’t thoroughly cleaning our room. They forgot to take an empty pizza box and I also found some dirts on the floor despite they just finished cleaning it. The coffee sachet on the table (given along with mineral water bottles) aren’t free but they didn’t inform us about this. I also think they should put a bigger sofa on the room cause the deluxe room is pretty spacious.

Once we entered our unit we found loads of small cockroaches everywhere, the bathroom was full of them, the kitchen counter, under the beds, we asked them to do something about it and sent a video, they sent someone with a bug spray!! We were in a rush as it was my husband's birthday and we had reservation, so we left, when we came back it was worse, big cockroach in the bathroom, and more everywhere, my kids were already asleep but I messaged them again about the cleanliness of the place is unacceptable, they asked if I want to change the room but I wasn't able to see the message and it was already 11 pm The sofa is covered in stains, the bedsheets aren't clean, the toiletries tray has cockroaches crawling out of the leather, everything about the place is filthy!! Shame because it had such an amazing city view, but I'd never stay there ever again

Great room and facilities. Everything was very clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Very good location.

The internet was not very good. Poor connection and slow speeds.

The room was not as spacious as the picture.
