Property in a perfect location in the centre of Kilkenny. Close to bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is great. Lovely living area and 2 spacious bedrooms. Frank was great, had a small issue and he got it sorted straight away.

Beautiful apartment & ideal location in the heart of Kilkenny. Walking distance to everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you would need. Check in and out was seamless. Frank is the perfect host.

This property is located in the middle of everything! Grocery right across the street, coffee house right around corner, Kilkenny Castle an easy few minutes walk away. Property owner is very kind and provided as much information as we needed to make our time in Kilkenny remarkable. We will definitely look to stay here again if we make another trip to Ireland.

Fantastic location right in the middle of everything. Everything you could need for an overnight or a few days stay.

The church bells ringing so often. Can't be helped by the property but just something to be aware of.

Very central location in Kilkenny yet not in a noisy location. It was very bright, clean and well maintained apartment and the facilities were of a good standard.

It was unfortunate that the microwave was broken and there was no temporary one provided until a new one could be installed. 2 of the 3 spot lights in the bathroom didn’t work so the room was quite dark in the evening. These are not major issues and I’m sure they will be resolved very soon.

Great central location. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay Frank met us on arrival and made sure we were settled and gave us some tips on nice places to eat We hope to return to Kilkenny again and will certainly be looking to see if we can stay in the apartment when we do.

Everything was great. Apartment is on top floor so if your mobility is poor then this may not be for you.

The location was perfect, in the dead center of Kilkenny. Restaurants and shops were right outside the door. The apartment was decorated with a classy air.

Church bells rang all night long. The microwave didn't work. A new one has been ordered, but hadn't yet arrived. Some of the amenities could use an upgrade, such as the beds and toilets.
