Extremely clean. Comfortable beds and clean sheets. Beautiful view. The touch of selection of teas and coffees was so welcome. Plus the blankets on couches , the cosiness. I will be recommending The Collins, view from the top to my friends.

The view was stunning, ease of access was great, cleanliness was top notch as were the facilities. If I could have brought home the mattress from the bed I would have....so comfortable.
