The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and only 5 mins walk from Eyre Square and Train/Bus Station.

It is very spacious.

At check in time the apartment was not cleaned. It took 2 hours to get it cleaned. Remote control for TV did not work and shower in the en-suite had to be held in order to use it.

The apartment was modern, spacious, clean, well appointed and in a really central location. Lovely view from the apartment over Galway bay.

This would probably be a positive at most times, but it was quite warm and humid in Galway when we were visiting and the apartment was very warm. We were unable to switch off the radiators. There were a number of people in the vicinity of the entrance with sleeping bags begging. It was a little bit intimidating in the night.

Nothing after all that stress

We arrived at 4.45pm. Checkin is 4pm official. Our 2-bedroom-apartment was in a total mess. No cleaning. The kitchen stank with all the rubbish the people before us left there. We could not have a shower after a long day travelling, we could not use the kitchen. We could not use the toilettes, not cleaned. We could not unpack our luggage. We could not used as planned the washing machine... After searching for someone responsible we found cleaning people at another floor. They promised tp come and clean our rooms. There were 2 other parties of ladies also waiting just like us for their apartment to be cleaned. How crazy is that? We had no other choice than leave the place and go into town for a rest and walk around etc hoping the place would be cleaned when we came back. Which was by 9 o'clock then. No TV program available then. You do need an account??? So we actually payed for one lost day and just had a sleep there. And guess what... at 10 am on the point cleaning people came and told us we had to leave now What a bad experience. Avoid this place. It is a rip off And 2 calls to the excisting phone number ended at a voice mail and never ever we got a response Bad. Really bad

The only miss was there were no spices...otherwise a great place to stay.

Nessuna interazione con i proprietari, non ci hanno dato gli asciugamani per viso e bagno, ci hanno promesso di darceli il giorno dopo e non abbiamo ricevuto nulla. In più per farsi perdonare del ritardo nella pulizia della camera, alle 18.30 non era pulita ancora, ci hanno promesso un check out spostato. La mattina del check out, l’orario era quello stabilito ovvero le 10 del mattino. Peccato perché il posto è davvero bello. L’assistenza verso gli ospiti davvero scadente e impersonale.
