"Cómodo y bien ubicado"

Bien ubicado. Apartamento cómodo en planta baja con una pequeña terraza muy aprovechable en verano. Cocina muy bien equipada y con la despensa llena para el desayuno de todos los días (bollos, leche, cereales, mantequilla, mermelada, café, infusiones, etc, TODO UN! DETALLE!). Cama extra grande y cómoda. Limpio y ordenado.

Es un apartamento para 2. La acomodación de la tercera posible es muy incómoda salvo que sea un niño pequeño. Hay un pequeño camastro plegable y un sofá extensible pero que es apto para dormir un siesta como mucho.

La ubicacion y la amplitud del apartamento. La cama grande muy cómoda.

El alicatado del baño, tanto del suelo como de la ducha, estaba roto, casi no sale agua de la ducha, el horno estaba muy sucio, la calefacción muy baja, hacía frío en la casa. La cama supletoria era muy dura.

"Buena ubicación, comodidad poco aceptable."

El anfitrión dejó muchos detalles de comida, zumos, mermeladas etc.. Un gran detalle por su parte.

La ducha no se podía usar, ya que el agua no se mantenía caliente, salía frío y caliente en menos de 1 minuto, haciendo imposible ducharse cómodamente. Debajo de la cama salio muchísimas pelusas de que llevaba mucho tiempo sin limpiarse. Ademas tuvimos que pagar una fianza que tardo tiempo en devolverse.
