Das Parken des Autos ist ein Problem. Die Parkhäuser drum herum sind sehr teuer, das öffentliche Parken eigentlich nur zwischen 20.30 und 08.30 morgens möglich.

The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was plentiful. Easy access to the property via the lock box.

Parking was a disaster. I was original led to believe that there was on site parking for a fee which I indicated I was happy to pay. This did not eventuate and parking near the property was nigh on impossible as there is a large, busy hospital immediately adjacent. The parking station which we had to park in was a 5 minute walk away and cost 30 euros for the night.

Great location and very spacious and well kept amenities. Also very generous breakfast spread I wasn’t expecting!

We were three adults and I didn’t realise the bathroom was attached to the master bedroom and the pull out bed was quite hard.

Apartment is located within easy walk to downtown. Continental breakfast options were exceptional. Staff response time was quick.

When I booked there was confirmed free parking included and when we arrived I was told that parking had to be prebooked at an additional fee and there was nothing available. So we were out of pocket unexpected parking fees. And it was strange because the working parking gate fob was on the entry table when we arrived. We were messaged day of arrival that there was a 250 euro deposit required which we were not expecting. So more costs with a currency charge on our Canadian Visa to cover the exchange. There was no internet service the whole time we stayed so another expense for data roaming was incurred. It was a cable company issue that was going to take several days to repair. There was a bit of funky smell in the unit. Shower water temperature was tepid at best. I will say that the manager was quick to respond and helpful to tell us how to turn the electric water heater on. Look for the pull cord in the ceiling which was unique to us. And on the last note calling the unit Riverview is a stretch in that you are on ground floor across the street looking out at 2 very large shrubs. There is no view of anything.

Better arrival instructions: We did not have the complete address and Eire code for the property, which made our arrival by rental car via GPS confusing. Explain clearly that the parking is in the rear of the building, and describe exactly where it is located, the markings, and how to enter. The fact that it is a one-way street is also important to know in advance.

Spacious apartment, good use of storage and mirrors in design

We went at end of summer and the apartment was freezing. There was a portable heater in the corner of the living area but didn’t heat up the room at all. No parking albeit being advertised as having parking. Had to park about 10mins walk away in a Q car park. Took us ages to get through the door to the apartment, it was hard to open and the handle was loose. Whole place had really strong toilet smell. Couldn’t open any of the windows so had to open back door to let some fresh air in and at that struggled to open the back door. I wouldn’t stay here again, there too many inconveniences.

There was never anything to dislike I've stayed in this location so far 2x And I cannot wait to return

Easy to find, great to have parking onsite and the generous array of breakfast items

Hadn't realised the only bathroom was ensuite to the bedroom, we were a group of three so a little inconvenient but fine for a night
