the restaurant served good veg food. you can order food on zomato and it gets delivered in 40 mins. the location is a bit difficult to reach and get out. the manager got us connected with some rental cabs so we could roam around lonavala and also go back home to mumbai. the manager Rahul, was very polite and helpful.

We had a mosquito issues. And electricity conked off a few times. But it was back in fifteen twenty minutes. the location feels slightly lonely. but some people who want wilderness might like this kind of an ambiance.

This property was not worth the money we paid. We request booking.com to get us refund.

The approach road of 3 km from highway was scary and broken The resurant was bad. We got bed tea at 0915 hrs. The food is outsourced and they open at their time. No proper reception of the hotel. No driver room Rates too high Property is old. But Ac worked well and we could sleep. Not enough toiletries

Had a great time at this property. Best in class, well maintained , greenery all around. Trained staff always willing to help.

No internet, it took 1 min 30 mins to fix internet, and TV, dirty swimming pool(pics attached)..

No tea till 9 in the morning, dirty swimming pool as that the only reason we choose this property being a family. The floor is not visible in the pool it’s risky and dangerous.

Second visit- this time in a 2BR unit as 5 of us in family. Got star sports HD on. Good furnishing, room service, admin staff, decor, facilities, quiet, fantastic value

Good comfortable stay. The staff was very helpful.

The place is 2-2.5 km from the highway and the approach road is kachha and bumpy.

An amazing stay we had in Feb-25, we will planning during Holi again
