Staff were good. They support well.

Bad roads to reach the property. There was a wedding a day before and all the decorative material was lying all over the places making it look bad. Parking was a challenge. Specially if you have senior members during the trip. Cafe was available only after 8:30 am

It's Comfortable but location is little far from the main city

Door locks , washbasin leakage, commode seat broken,

one of the pathetic experience. no complimentary water neither WIFI was provided as we arrived. we had to manage our food drinks and other essential things which are by default expected at place but nothing above had happened. utterly disappointed

The service and behaviour of Akash, nothing is up to the mark.

Located very near to the highway It is spread out over a huge land parcel The host Mr. Jayesh is very decent and accommodative

The person showing the room always had a straight up “No” for an answer if we asked him anything. He didn’t even want to call his seniors to ask if they can accommodate the requests. So we had to call up the host Mr. Jayesh ourselves as we were not happy with the first room which was offered to us. Service standards are flushed down the drain here. Had to repeatedly call Mr. Akash from housekeeping for the 2 complimentary bottle of water each day. On 2nd day after multiple calls and still not receiving water till 4 pm, Mr. Akash had the audacity to ask me “are you going to drink only 2 bottles of water in a day”. Later he came with the bottles of water and was looking to argue and fight. To avoid any scene we called Mr. Jayesh the host and in front of him Mr. Akash said he came to apologise which was far from what he had come to do. So expect lots of gundagardi and unruly behaviour from the staff as they seem to be locals and not trained professionals. The final 3 km stretch of road leading to the resort from the highway is in abysmal state. It is a very narrow road and it becomes very difficult if a vehicle approaches from the opposite direction. Don’t go by the pictures and details posted here and on internet. Infant there are no mountain facing rooms. All rooms are garden facing or other room facing. You have to pay half the amount as advance even if it clearly states in booking.com that no prepayment is required. And rest half you have to pay right during check in. Haven’t seen such practices anywhere. Usually the final amount is settled during check out. Maybe they are doing so because they know guests will ask for discount when they experience the service. There were lots of red ants in the room which was promptly pointed out to cleaning staff which they successfully ignored.

After visited to property there were no reception area found and it's take literally one hr to find the contact person, we have to wait for 2 hrs outside and the room shown by the person was not as per the details mentioned in the app

Height of Bed Is too Low . Very difficult to lie and get up .

Being pet friendly, we could take our furry baby along. That was nice. And my dog also enjoyed running out in the huge lawn.

The restaurant timings and availability of food.

It was very good

The location since no transport facilities available as it’s far from lonavala .. wish management do something about transportation facilities. It’s better for those who comes with their own vehicles .
