This should not be titled as what we dint like rather an area of improvement or good to have. Mizzle should have a proper reception and entry of its own. Presently all guests are routed to Ovi reception where one is asked to wait in restaurant if someone is early and asked to called the caretaker of mizzle and take instructions. Ideally a separate entity should have independent setup. Secondly the road to resort is extremely skewed and perhaps in its worst condition during rainy season. Again, it's not in resorts purview but it could have helped if the roads could be better

Spacious rooms and decent interior. Washrooms are clean. Open lawn area and spacious parking space is good.

There were some stains on the towels and bedsheets. Sofa had few holes in it in E8 room. Dead cockroach was lying on Kitchen otta. Cleaning guys did not show up at 02.00 p.m. as scheduled. Food quality control must be regulated in the third party restaurant of Ovi holidays which is nearby to the property. We found a big screw in upma which was served for breakfast. Very dangerous.
