Facilities are not good for the apartments. No service provider, no good menu for meals. Not value for money.

"Good Location, Coffee Shop Staff could be Courteous"

The ambience and location was beautiful.

Since i was at the private apartment and i availed breakfast at the coffee ahop which was paid by me with no issues. The gentleman at the counter was VERY RUDE. Obviously im paying for it and not having free food, he mentioned in a RUDE TONE to ibform prior if you will have breakfast here so that we are aware. How can a person or two s breakfast become a shortage on the buffet? Moreover the booking is done as per the best budget i would like to avail...whats the issue here if THAT STAFF FELT.....i did nt pay enough for the expensive rooms to have a buffet breakfast even though i WAS READY AND DID PAY FOR THE CHARGES. Other staff at the Open Restaurant were very Courteous and polite and helpful with Good service. Sashi s team who handled the room and services were good too. Nancy from the Coffee Shop did Excellent service and was polite.
