The property is very big and very beautiful. Quite apart from its location which being on the banks of the River Ganges is an amazing fact in itself, nature has excelled herself. The flowers and the trees, the little arbors and the small paths make for some happy walks and ambling along here is soothing like the famous 'Nature bath' which is considered the ultimate mind soother - especially if you give your mobile phone the miss. I enjoyed the greenness and the entire experience immensely

The approach to the property is a bit on the rough side and going in and out of it is hard as it is an uphill walk. Also cabs do not come to the property from outside that is Uber is not available. So you have to book cabs from the property itself and the charges are positively prohibitive. I would suggest getting connected with a cab service before you reach Aloha

The overall experience was great! The property is amazing and a great place for family.

We booked a 1 Bedroom apartment in the resort (not a full service hotel room in the resort). The location of the property is just great! The highlight is the infinity swimming pool on the cliff overlooking the valley and the ganga river flowing below is just out of the world! Their restaurant on the edge of the cliff also provides some breathtaking view of the ganga river and mountains. This restaurant serves local pahadi fare that is not to be missed. The host and staff were warm and quite responsive and tended to all our requests without delay.

The only request is to pre-provision toileteries and water before guest arrival to ensure a smoother experience. Additionally, we had to carry our own towels to the swimming pool as they lend bathing towels only to the folks who have booked a room in the main resort. This is a minor inconvenience that can be easily solved with an additional fee which we don't mind paying.

Ganga Aarati was really good. View of Ganga from hotel is divine.

Check-in process was confusing. The cleaning is not done everyday. The towels are not replaced even on request. Parking is charged additional @ ₹250 per day
