Aloha - Luxury Apartments by blissful Ganges

Location is the only advantage. Rest everything else was ok, one time and passable

Nothing luxury in the so called luxury apartment. Apartment was not clean when we checked in. Unclear on inclusion and exclusions. Staff not very supportive

First of all we liked the entire property. We also liked the location as it was surrounded by the lush green mountains along with the divine Ganga river flowing near by the resort. Apartments were nice and clean. Staff was very cooperative. We met Pawan Kumar(aloha staff), who was very good. He was just one phone call away every time, whenever we required anything. We stayed for 4 nights and felt amazing. Weather was perfect, property was perfect, surroundings were perfect, swimming pool was perfect, Ganga Aarti was a divine. Thank you everyone for making this trip so wonderful. We truly loved it.

We can leave this, since everything was amazing, we can ignore petty things.

Poorly maintained , Overpriced apartments

A very good resort. location is superb, our caretaker Pavan was very helpful and courteous. apartment is good, size is quite nice. Bed could have been better.
