Please note that guests enjoy discounted prices to some restaurants in Santorini. Please note that from 1 April until 31 October, cleaning service is daily provided, and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. From 1 November until 31 March, a cleaning service is provided every 3 days.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

We loved everything about this property. It was exceptional and met all of our expectations. We are already thinking about coming back to Santorini because this property made everything that much more special. Simply amazing!

There was nothing we didn't like unless you consider leaving the property was something we were unhappy about--we wanted to stay longer!

The only thing missing is a plunge pool however we did have use of an amazing hot tub just 5 mins away!

I love that it was on the Caldera in Oia! We had an amazing evening with wine and snacks gifted by the facility hostess and served by staff on our rooftop patio where we watched the legendary Santorini Sunset! We felt like we were on top of the world having that beautiful private space for that special moment!

The property was exactly as advertised! We had no complaints or concerns! We loved that hotel staff met us at our car transfer and guided us through the labyrinth village lanes and helped to carry the luggage… the staff were conscientious and caring!

paradise cave hotel (Helios) was in an amazing location. the property was bigger in person than in photos.

wish the jacuzzi was a shorter distance. however really nice treat after a long day of walking.

Amazing cave house beautifully set up with everything you could need. Warm homely feel. The service from maria and her staff was exceptional. Going the extra distance to check up on you, help with plans, take you places, provide all comforts. Have travelled many places but this accomodation and service was one of the best I’ve ever experienced.
