Please note that guests enjoy discounted prices to some restaurants in Santorini. Please note that from 1 April until 31 October, cleaning service is daily provided, and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days. From 1 November until 31 March, a cleaning service is provided every 3 days.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Maria is the best host."

Such a clean, beautiful room conditions. Maria is the best host, so kind, shared her wonderful fruits and food with us. Sunset views from rooftop was so amazing that I could not forget it. Strongly recommend this apartment to you. Don't hesitate to make reservations. I, also, want to visit Maria's apartment again.

Maria was a great hostess. She helped us book a boat tour and gave great restaurant recommendations. The property is gorgeous and has the best view of the sunset.

Perfect location! Super friendly staff and host. Watching the sunset from our own rooftop was a really nice bonus. I highly recommend this place for your stay and i will definitely come back!

We stayed in the Helios cave house. The location was perfect! It was in Oia, located on the hillside with a perfect view of the sunset and the hills. While people lined up on the stairs outisde and the hills to view the sunset, we were able to enjoy the sunset views from our private terrace. Amoudi bay was a 15 min walk down the stairs. Maria was a good host and responded to all our queries. The staff was very helpful in taking care of the room, supplies and general queries. There were plenty of people taking pictures of our door, which made us feel privileged ! The castle (popular for viewing the sunset) was just above our house.

No big negatives. But the pictures on the web site makes the place look bigger than it really is. Just something to keep in mind. It is a cave house with a small kitchen. The bedroom is part of main suite. And another bed on a loft. A wine cellar downstairs is also converted to a room. Due to the location of the home, sometimes the water pressure varies (and could stop completely). The private jacuzzi is not part of this house. You have to walk up another 5 mins or so to another house. We still enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.
