Oia Cave Loft

The view was AMAZING! And the location was close to everything in Oia.

Great view and great location..

Outstanding property with unbelievable views of the Caldera and the 3 domes. You are right outside the 3 Domes where everyone comes to take pictures. The apartment loft is like a cave, very modern, clean, huge bathroom. It has 2 ACs, which is a blessing in the heat. John is an amazing host, he helped us with some laundry, coordinated for airport pick up and drop, including help with porter service with Freddie who is super helpful. We hired Denis, cab driver from MESHI O, who was amazing and showed us amazing views of what a local would only know. Super kind and hospitable. We had welcome snacks when we arrived. Watching the sunrise overlooking the caldera in Santorini is once in a lifetime experience. We had 2 teenagers, they had to sleep in the loft above which was fine. Beds were very comfortable. If you see this available you are lucky, we’d go back any day. Even the door of this place is featured in many pictures.

Absolutely brilliant location (so brilliant that you fight your way through queues of people waiting to take “the” Santorini pic just to get to our doorway) - but once through the door you have a spacious, lovely design, fabulous view from the verandah (and spectacular views from the shower and loo as well, actually!). We were two couples travelling together and could barely peel ourselves from the verandah, just watching the boats and people at a distance and the sunset behind the three blue churches. Gorgeous, couldn’t recommend it more highly. And great value.

If you want a pool, or a romantic couple getaway this is not it. (But if you want space, views, style and position, book it today!)
