The apartment was amazing and gardens were beautiful.

There was only a few coffee/tea sachets with no fresh milk ..however , staff did say that if there was anything we needed to just call them .

Lovely apartment, well proportioned rooms in a quiet location.

Me and my husband have just arrived home after spending 3 nights in Penarwyn House as we had an event booked at The Eden Project, we didnt want to leave! The moment we arrived through the automatic gates leading to the property, it felt like a secret haven! Free parking was available and hosts Rachel & David met us on arrival. This was a lovely touch and they are the most attentive and warm people. You can tell the passion that they hold for ensuring guests are well looked after. We also got to briefly meet their dog Teddy who was super friendly! The grounds are very well kept and lovely to look at-its worth venturing to the secret garden to soak up some sunshine if you get the chance! The Queensbury Loft was perfect and everything was just like the pictures and was spotless.Yes it was up a few flights of stairs but it was well worth it when getting to our space. Everything had been thought of, the kitchen was fully equipped with a microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, dinner and glass wear, pots/pans, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies and an ironing board and iron. There is a dining table and chairs which was lovely to sit and eat at. The bathroom was very spacious with a lovely shower and came with complimentary hair/body wash, body lotion and fresh towels each. The living area was great to relax in during the evenings, has lots of comfortable seating space and storage with TV and access to Netflix and a DVD player. The bedroom area was also great which had a dressing table, chair and mirror, a large hanging rail with plenty of hangers, fan and bedside lamps etc. The bed itself was extremely comfortable and we can hands down say it was the best couple of nights sleep we've ever had! The location we thought was great- I would recommend the use of a car or a taxi to travel from place to place preferably as most things are outside walking distance. We were also close to a bus stop at the top of the road and buses ran regularly in either direction.

This property met and exceeded our expectations, the house and garden are stunning, matched by the photos provided but was so shocked to find that our room was actually an apartment with separate kitchen, dining room, and living room. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. We couldn't have asked for more and the price was very good value for money we would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Great location for the Eden Project and surrounding towns for food and drink. Thank you Rachel and David for being so attentive and always available quickly via message if we needed anything

11 out of 10 Wonderful hosts, beautiful garden suite. Everything was immaculate and perfect. Cannot rate it highly enough.
