Location is great

The room is smoking, has no standard window, and is practically impossible to ventilate.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a very cozy and pleasant place. The location was convenient with great transport connections, making it easy to get to the city center. The room was comfortable and уютный, with a lovely terrace, a small table with comfortable chairs in the hallway, and a huge mirror. The spacious bathroom deserves a special mention — perfect for those who enjoy a romantic atmosphere and aesthetic photo sessions. We also loved the rocking chair, the TV, and overall how thoughtfully everything was arranged. The kitchen was excellent as well — it had everything we needed: a coffee machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. We could either cook at home or order food. There was also a private little courtyard, although it was a bit too cold to sit outside during our stay. However, we spent several wonderful hours on the rooftop terrace on a sunny day. The only tiny downside was that during heavy rain, a little water dripped from the romantic ceiling windows. But honestly, it did not ruin the experience at all. Overall, it was a wonderful space with a great atmosphere, and we would happily come back again!

Naprostá spokojenost, krásné designové ubytování na dobrém místě. Naprosto nádherný dvoreček s lípou uprostřed a sezením okolo. Při příští cestě do Brna po vás budu koukat a jestli budete mít volno, ráda se u vás ubytuji znovu. :-)
