We were very suprised that the whole taracce was to our disposal😁😁😁 it was huge and beautifull. The apartment is suit for 2 person and is equipped well. The host very nice and communicative. We highly recommended.

Very nice apartment with huge terrace. We went in winter, but the heating system worked perfect. Thanks a lot. I recommend this place!

Neighbourhood near railway not ideal, but close to center.

The terrace was amazing, and equipped for all tastes. New, quiet and well-organized apartment complex.

Very noisy elevators, luckily they are not heavily used at night.

- No ventilation in the bathroom, except window - Very not convenient sink with dirt/mold - Every time when elevator works you would hear dull hits, like hammer on the wall, it can be pretty loud at night

The space was wonderful. The outdoor section was clean and inviting. The home itself was clean and well kept. The garage was very convenient. The property was quiet and well maintained.

The terrace is a great place to relax and spend time. Relaxing on a sun lounger on the huge terrace amongst the sun and so many plants is very pleasant. They even took care of the TV outside, where I was able to watch a football match in a super place and on top of that with a super view. It is very close to shops and cafes, Bari Centrale 10 minutes walk, the city centre is also very close 15-20 minutes walk, so in my opinion the location is ideal, even if one wants to travel to other places. Everything agrees with the photos posted. Contact with the owner in my opinion is excellent, everything is done via Whatsapp, but the response to any question or need is immediate. I would recommend it to anyone and if I ever get the chance to go back, I definitely will 😉 .

The only thing we didn't like were the cameras all over the terrace. But it didn't affect the pleasure of the stay and our rating.

Lovely interior design and big terrace!

I like the penthouse terrace and nice setting of plants on it. Also the equipment and cleaning of apartment is above expectations with all you need for a stay and cooking. The view and privacy of the terrace is amazing. Host is super kind and he was available on the phone with information about nice restaurants in Bari. Mercator where you can buy grocery is just cross the street that you can buy fresh every day. I was using Rent-a-car and the host gave us his garage to park the car in the property.
