The penthouse apartment with huge terrace was amazing with great views overlooking the city and great sunset. Lovely modern decor with high tech facilities and a great host who was always quick to respond. Would stay again if visiting Bari in the future 😁

-Terrace is beautiful and cosy to spend time (but think about the flip flops if you come here, as not possible to go bare foot as your feet will become super dirty) -Host was friendly and helpful -We had possibility ility to keep our luggage before and after for some hours -Snacks and soft drinks were good surprise. -Are for BBQ -Thank you for hosting, we would be happy to be back

There were some minor things, which have not spoiled our stay, but good for consideration. -some places to fix (handle in the kitchen and in the shower) -to have 1 separate small cutting board (so tourist can separate cutting meat and vegetables) -There were no Jacuzzi, as described on booking. However,there were pretty cool shower on the terrace. -in the area where is white table was dark in the evening, would be good to have some more lights(working lights:)

The outdoor balcony space is great.

these are the best apartments! Particularly impressive is the roof, access to it directly from the apartment. The house itself is new, inside designer renovation, dishes, furniture, coffee machine, juicer, and everything you need for a comfortable stay A very friendly and hospitable owner took care of everything: capsules for the coffee machine, breakfast snacks, oranges, there is a supply of water, juices and even beer in the fridge He is always in touch and answers any questions. Opposite the house there is a supermarket with good prices for everything. A 15-minute walk away is the railway station and intercity bus stops, which is very convenient if you are traveling without a car. And for the car in the house there is a parking lot. The center of old Bari can be reached on foot in 20-25 minutes, about the same time it will take to walk to the city beach and the promenade. If you don't want to go to the beach, you can sit very comfortably on the terrace located on the roof - the caring owner has provided everything for this Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

A tremendous penthouse suite with a HUGE surrounding terrace, beautifully designed and decorated, fully and totally equipped, for a most pleasant stay. The facility is "smart", electronically controlled and locked, providing a sense of security. Manu is an extremely generous, kind and responsive host. We were surprised to find the fridge full with drinks, juices, water, milk.. a basket with pastries and croissants, and a bowl of fresh oranges and lemons to start the day with. All in all, just like home!

We seemed to be a little cold at night, some extra warmer blankets would have been nice, as well as a smaller, flatter choice of pillows, would have made our sleep better. Thanks!

After being in 6 different accommodations round puglia, this was by far the most professional and organised host. Snacks and drinks on arrival, well communicated, and a beautiful apartment. Comes with everything you need including a supermarket across the road. 10 minutes walk to the central station. Just perfect. Will be back!!
