Everything was very modern and worked efficiently. There were all the utensils we needed for cooking and plenty space to do so. Really appreciated that there was coffee and tea for several days ,as well as sugar. spices and even olive oil. It made everything easier. The Smart TV ‘s worked really well and we were able to watch youtube in English. Netflix etc was in Italian . The internet was also fast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable We especially loved the shower….wish ours back in America got hot so quickly! Check in was very easy and David was very friendly and helpful

Nothing. If we were much older or had leg problems, or very young children, it would have been hard to get down the stairs to the bedroom. It was not a problem for us at all though.

The place had nice facilities and was clean.

Parking facilities down stairs wanted to over charge for parking 80€ for 2 days. Minimal toilet paper supplied. We found a parking for a lot cheaper a few streets away.
