Well presented comfortable and well located just outside the city but walkable

Due to its location there are no eateries in the immediate vicinity but the host supplied fresh bread, milk and condiments for a good breakfast which we very much appreciated. The apartment was fitted out nicely and all the furniture was comfortable. We didn't use it but I noticed there were reading books and games and toys available. Even though the apartment is attached to the host house it is very private and not noisy. Would stay again depending on laundry options.

No laundry facilities which is a problem for someone staying more than 3 days. I wonder what the laundry options for longer stays are?

Wendy is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble for her and her communication prior to our arrival was fantastic! We were celebrating a special birthday and four of us stayed at Little Elm. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and the layout of the space worked so well for us, particularly having a bedroom and the bathroom on the ground floor. It was like a home from home, ideal for relaxing in a comfortable space with family and friends. We were able to cook a fab meal in, on one of our nights, with all cooking utensils nicely to hand. The location of the property was perfect for going into Bath whether that's on foot, taxi or bus it was easily accessible. We had the most amazing stay and cannot recommend Wendy and Little Elm enough. 10/10 for everything! Thank you again and sorry for the late review!

There wasn’t anything to fault.

The property was modern in design but still very homely and private. Everything was well thought out and really organised. We liked the location. A lovely walk into Bath town centre taking in the views of the amazing architecture. There is a Morrisons close by and the facilities provided meant we could cook our own meals and didn’t have to eat out every evening, which suited us.
