L’emplacement était super, à 10 minutes de la gare Lago Como Nord, en plein centre de Como donc établissements en tout genres à proximité, il y a aussi un magnifique bar/pasticceria dans la rue opposée, pratique pour prendre son cornetto et son café le matin :)) vous avez tout ce qu’il faut dans les alentours, restaurants, coiffeurs, boutiques de vêtements, bars etc. possibilité de prendre le ferry tout près aussi pour visiter les différents villages du lac, on a apprécié le petit bidon d’huile d’olive à notre arrivée (voir photos) Franchement c’était un appartement très spacieux et propre dans l’ensemble, parfait pour un séjour ici

Des petits détails comme par exemple une petite tache sur l’oreiller, pas de prises près du lit (problématique pour ma grand-mère qui devait brancher sa machine pour dormir), isolement pas top côté balcon (on entend les bruits comme si on était dehors même lorsqu’on ferme la porte mais c’est un détail) Et le congélateur était trop gelé, on avait nos glaces coincées dedans 🤣, nous l’avons gentiment arrangé pour les prochaines personnes car il était trop gelé de partout. Sinon c’est un bel appartement avec tout ce qu il faut

Tivemos uma estadia ótima! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos: limpo, aconchegante e muito bem localizado. A cama é confortável, o Wi-Fi funciona perfeitamente e a cozinha tem tudo o que precisamos. O anfitrião foi super atencioso e a comunicação foi rápida e fácil. Recomendo e soltaríamos com certeza!

Die Lage, Sauberkeit und der großzügige Platz.

The place was very spacious and the AC is very good.

I didn’t like the check in process where you had to meet the host at their office plus you cannot enter through car. You have to take your luggage to reach the area and it has bumpy rocks, which is a bit inconvenience.

Accommodation was spacious, modern, very comfortable and in great location, just petfect for the two of us and met our hopes for a lovely stay in Como.

Balcony door/window did not lock completely, shower was on small size.

The property is close to everything and provided everything we need!

Location was good, the property was clean.

Neighbours were a bit noisy but didn’t last too long, the room was a bit dark but it’s because of the okd city environment, it was acceptable.
