Superbly located 2 bedroom luxury apartment

As advertised, the location was indeed superb, and close to everything we wanted to see. That's where the best bits ended.

Prior to arrival, the host contacted me to ask it we minded a change of apartments. I did not object, but on arrival, we could not obtain the key because he had not given us the code for the lockbox. It took more than an hour working through Booking.com to get the information during which time we were stuck outside in the rain. The host could not be contacted when we wanted to get the TV working, Not normally a problem, but we could not watch the England v. Switzerland match. The approach to the basement flat was down some stone steps, and in the wet (it rained a lot) they were dangerous. Overall, what really annoyed me was the lack of contact and response by the owner, felt totally abandoned.

The front door didn’t lock didn’t work from the inside. So anyone who came into the courtyard could just open the door to the apartment while we were in. It made us feel unsafe overnight. There was a constant loud drip in the kitchen sink. The main ceiling light in the main bedroom didn’t work. So feel apartment needs a little maintenance. Tried messaging about the lock but no response

Great location right by the Roman Baths, the Abbey, shops and restaurants.

Small maintenance issues needed to handle on bathroom door and dripping kitchen tap.

Very well equipped and spacious apartment in the heart of Bath. Lots of lovely touches to make the stay comfortable, a real gem and would recommend .

Great location, very central but on a quiet side street. Lovely clean apartment with everything that you need. Easy to find the property and the instructions about the keys were very good.

Peerless location, right in the centre of Bath, within a minute's walk of Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths. Spacious and comfortable, with a good kitchen and provided teas and coffees.

Parking is the only real concern, since you need to park in a paid lot around the corner, so between the stairs in and the distance to the car park you might want to avoid if you have mobility issues.
