Superbly located 2 bedroom luxury apartment

Superb location. Very comfortable.

Property is accessed down steep stone stairs and there is no lighting at the top of the stairs and the light at the bottom only comes on once you have reached the door and then only for a very short time. This is very dangerous. Constantly dripping tap in the kitchen and broken toilet seat both mentioned by previous visitors. Also shower needs some attention.

Fantastic location and comfortable apartment. Perfect for being in the centre of Bath but just tucked away so no disturbance.

The kitchen tap drips very loudly and judging by past reviews has been an issue for last 5 months at least! Broken drawer front and coat hanging has been damaged and not replaced. Such a shame. Worse still was the communication. Just got automated email but the contact number was never answered, it went to voicemail but then got mailbox full and sms messages remained unanswered. Thank goodness we had no major problems or access issues.

Location was excellent and the property comfortable and perfect for our needs. Beds comfortable.

Communication with the owners/landlord prior to the stay was impossible. An automated response was sent when I originally booked the trip stating that the code to the key lock would be sent a week before our stay (I was aware that this was fairly unusual so far before our intended stay). I messaged the property two days before our stay informing them that I had not received the code. With no response I called their number about 20 times; messaged them, contacted Booking.com to chase on two occasions, looked for alternative sites to contact the landlord etc. Eventually, an automated response was sent on the morning of our trip! I can see that comments made back in July of this year report a leaky kitchen tap and broken bathroom door. I can confirm that neither have been repaired ! TV viewing is difficult without any instructions on how to use it with it often dropping out due to poor internet connectivity. Finally, the property could do with an external light as the steep stairs and access to the apartment are difficult to begin the dark.

The flat was clean, warm and a great size. Most attractions, restaurants and shops were less than a 10 minute walk away. Would recommend for anyone on a short break in Bath.

The fire alarm was going off and we couldn’t silence it though out our stay and despite making contact nothing was addressed while we were staying!

It’s very central.

Lock box was broken, tv didn’t work and the heating went off leaving us at 17 degrees. My 90 year old mum was crying and wanted to go to a hotel. I sent 6 texts, a voicemail and two messages through the app before the host responded after 24 hours to say they were abroad. I won’t stay here again.

Location was superb as very central.

Was basement apartment (not advertised as such). Several faults including a front door that wouldn't lock for first evening and half the following day until we eventually managed to contact someone via the cleaner for the next door apartment. Dripping tap, no fire escape, toilet seat broken, extractor in bathroom not working, tv not working as continually spooling.
