Superbly located 2 bedroom luxury apartment

L’appartement est situé en plein cœur du centre-ville, mais ce n’est pas bruyant du tout. La décoration était très jolie (beaucoup mieux que les photos sur le site) et très grand.

Il y a de l’humidité et c’est un peu sombre car l’appartement est en sous-sol. Des chaises seraient plus confortables que des bancs pour manger à table. Il manquait un étendage à linge, cela aurait été utile

The location was very central and convenient for attractions. The apartment was clean and tidy and well-laid out.

The shower head desperately needs replacing urgently. Guidance on recycling and a guest information book would be helpful. A knife sharpener is needed.

Shower and shower head needs upgrading , a number of light bulbs need replacing. Needs a thorough clean, every room has a number of cobwebs , the light fittings and mirror tops were dusty. The window ledges dusty and dead flies. All windows need cleaning. The tv does not hold internet to be able to watch anything. It Freezes and buffs after a second . The Bose system doesn’t play once connected. And is also dusty ! Because it’s below street level doesn’t hold Much natural light. Needs some tlc to the property.

Excellent location right in centre of Bath but quiet street. Nice bedrooms with Comfortable beds. Spacious lounge and kitchen area.

Dirty windows in bedrooms and lounge, couldn’t see out, blind in bedroom broken overlooks courtyard that is shared. Radiator in lounge stuck on full does not turn off. Silver moths in double room. Coat hooks missing from wall in hall. TV did not work. Mould in bathroom. Communication with host/owner non existent, early checkin request ignored, checkin details not sent until after checkin time! Phone calls not answered. Checkin details sent on booking.com the day after we stayed !

My family and I were very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable—just like in the photos. The location is absolutely top-notch, right in the heart of Batumi. What’s also important, it was cozy and quiet, which is a rare find in the city center. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Nice little extras like coffee and toiletries were a lovely touch. We had a personal request, and the host kindly agreed to it, for which I’m very grateful. Thank you—and I definitely recommend this place!

Great spacious property, clean and excellent location.

Its location was superb, the appt was well equipped and very comfortable. There is nothing to dislike - we found a gem in a beautiful city.

Super comfy basement apartment, really cosy with all the essentials. Great location for walking around Bath. Beds were lovely and soft too. Felt like a home away from home.

The TV doesn’t work as the internet connection isn’t strong enough, possibly due to very old router. Wasn’t a huge issue though.
