Superbly located 2 bedroom luxury apartment

No hot water and television wouldn’t work very old Emailed owner but no reply

Location good flat size ok

No working exterior lights steep stone stairs to basement entrance,WiFi not working so no phones or TV and no response to voicemail or text from contact number. No full blinds on bedroom windows, so there for no privacy. Problem with toilet system, would not flush, had to use plastic container filled with water after using.

The location was very good and the apartment was comfortable and clean but our stay was not an enjoyable one.

The lack of communication was totally unacceptable. There was no Internet and when I messaged and phoned I got no response. The flat next door which I believe is owned/managed by the same company held a party which went on until 4am!! There was loud music, talking and arguing right outside the bedroom window, consequently we got no sleep! I have reported this and had no response No lock on bathroom door.

The property is well positioned within the town centre. It’s in a brilliant position for all sightseeing. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Some aspects of the property was disappointing. The TV didn’t work unfortunately and also the blue tooth speaker. The bathroom rain shower head could have been cleaner it was very mouldy and also hair in the drain. The outside steps were a bit tricky at night with no emergency lighting for the steep steps. When messaged there was no response either about the television not working.

The location is excelent, right the center of Bath.

The landlord is difficult to reach, in fact, missed phone calls are not called back. There is a lack of maintenance, since no light in the entrance to the apartament to floor damaged in corridor,, several humidities in the hall and main room, cloths rack missing, shower head extremely rusty.... besides tv does not synchronoze and WiFi signal too weak to watch tv online without interruptions.

The 10 steps down into our accommodation but certainly was an amazing location Not sure what happened but tried multiple time via WhatsApp & email to contact but had nil response . If it was an urgent need we did not have any support. If the details were incorrect they need to be updated

The location was excellent, very central to shops, train station, bus tour, historic landmarks. The double bed was comfortable.

We had a few issues but despite attempting many phone calls, text messages, voicemails and messaging via booking.com, communication was non-existent. We arrived to a flooded kitchen floor, the freezer door was broken and open, the fridge was warm and smelt awful, and it had a hair in it. Kitchen worktops were dirty. The twin bedroom smelt damp, the windows were filthy. The TV apps didn't work, we managed iPlayer once but it kept displaying an error. The sink in the bathroom was dirty, the shower was pathetic and there was another hair in the bath! Outside the bathroom was a broken floorboard and we kept expecting to go through it. There is zero guest information, no guides on appliances. It was very hot and we couldn't turn the thermostat down. The apartment is not advertised as a basement flat, anyone with mobility issues would not manage the very steep steps outside. Which are not lit up at night and quite lethal. The outside area was unkept and unappealing. The apartment was not cheap and we wouldn't expect perfect, but we would expect basic cleanliness and working appliances!

Really nice apartment, good kitchen and bathroom. Location could not be better to explore Bath. Beautiful buildings on surrounding streets.

Nothing really - only the wifi was a bit average.

Location, superb apartment, quiet, bang in centre to shops eateries etc. Thank you owner, you have it well thought out!
