Superbly located 2 bedroom luxury apartment

The owners of this property know all the faults and issues that exist - read the reviews of several others before me. they don't do a thing about any of them because they don't care about their guests. Wifi code they provide simply does not exist. There is no working wifi and the low down location means that there's also little to no mobile signal. This was very frustrating for me as I needed to work from the apartment and also had teenage kids with me. There's no TV at all in the entire apartment, despite the photos advertising one. The Bluetooth speaker doesn't work either. The shower head is covered in what looks like deadly mould and no matter what you do with the taps, the water alternates between luke warm and cold. There are several other faults, stains, faulty floor boards and thick old cobwebs throughout. I made several different attempts to contact the owners, especially to try and resolve the wifi so I could do my work. They didn't respond to a single one. They're well aware of all these issues and faults, they just don't care. That's why they deserve such a low rating. Don't stay here, you'll be disappointed by the experience if you do. If it had been accurately described I wouldn't have paid £50 for the night, let alone what I was charged. Booking.com weren't much help either and I use them quite a lot. As one of their genious level 2 customer I'd hoped for better customer service from them.

Brilliant location, very comfy beds, clean.

No WiFi, no TV, no hot water, no communication. All of these things were unexpected. Tbh if the TV broke yesterday that could have been communicated. But having no WiFi either meant sitting in silence. I was not happy that I couldn't get hold of anyone.

Great location in the center of Bath, near Cathedral and Roman Baths.

There was no tv? Not that we go away to watch telly but it would have been nice when we had some downtime. As apt is in the basement we were unable to open a window for some fresh air.

Excellent location very comfortable beds and pillows

No hot water and the landlord did not reply to my calls. When we arrived the heating was also not working. The landlord responded quickly, sent his maintenance man who couldn’t fix it so he sent a plumber very quickly who fixed the problem. Unfortunately we didn’t notice the not water wasn’t working until later that evening. We contacted the landlord the following morning but he didn’t reply. Such a shame as I was hoping previous reviews about his response to issues was going to be wrong. We did not hot water throughout our stay. The issue was the water ran too hot for about 8-10 seconds which would cause the boiler to cut out for ages. We explained this in the message too.

Very comfortable, right in the centre of Bath

Unfortunately there was no television, we found the controls,but no tv and we were looking forward to watching the rugby couldn’t contact anyone to rectifybefore going out to dine. As we we’re only there for 1 day this was a significant failing

The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed. The bed was very comfortable. Great location, easy to get around.

The shower wasn’t great, we had no internet and no signal for any tv channels, we couldn’t even get the blue tooth speaker to work. This was a shame as we couldn’t watch tv on the evenings. We did message and call the host but unfortunately we had no response. Upon looking at other reviews we noticed others had the same problem with internet or other issues and couldn’t get in touch with the host. It did make us think if for any reason we couldn’t gain access to the property how would we contact the owner.

The location is incredible, absolutely gorgeous apartment, lots of room.

The hot water for the shower didn't work cold showers the whole 4 days, if it had worked it would have been the best accommodation of our 5 week trip. A couple of other annoyances were we walked into the alarm going off and the previous renter had left grease through the grill tray, however, would have completely overlooked them if we had hot water. The actual apartment working well 10/10
