"Best value for the money"

The entire apartment is very well furnished, clean and well warmed up. The position is a little bit far from the city center by walk, but it's not a big deal. I liked the bathroom in particular the shower, really big and comfortable.

The parking area is so small and tight, i scraped a car rim while maneuvering.

Clean, quiet, a lot of space and a very nice neighbourhood

We looked at the sticker and read that there are parking options - turns out it’s parking in the street near the apartment. It was ok, not far away, and we were lucky to find the space quite quickly, but we hoped for a dedicated parking space.

"Short walk to the center of Como, nice and spacious."

Nice and comfortable property, about 20 min walk from the promenade. Separate bedroom and living room, spacious bathroom. All property is very clean, bright lights, clean. Needs more maintenance but I realize it might be difficult during busy holidays season.

They advertize parking, but they only have one parking for two rental units, so we didn't get to park by the property. Luckily there was free street parking in the next street. The apartment is two floors up with no elevator, would be worth to mention, unless we missed it. One AC remote didn't work.
