Very nice little apartment, clean and in a good location. Terrace is a lovely bonus.

The apartment itself is nicely furnished, has great facilities (even a coffee maker, dishwasher and a washing machine). The building itself gives historical vibes (city archive at base floor). The view from the balcony is great. While we did not see the host directly they were quick to help us when we had problems finding the apartment (we started our journey so early in the morning that i missed the email with exact instructions and google led us to the side street). The location is quiet and about 1km (by foot) from the lake. Nearest grocery is 5 min by foot.

Three major complaints: 1.) The advertised free parking is minuscule and only fits a very compact car - the parking is directly in front of the building with a small entry and additional obstacles. Our "normal sized" Toyota Verso could not fit there. As a result I had to use the free public parking in the nearby street and got the front of my car scraped by someone parking recklessly during the night. (Though to be honest having a scraped front seems to be the default for most local cars..) 2.) The advertised high speed internet was iffy at best with almost no reception in the bathroom. 3.) We used the gate away option in Booking which said that a bottle of Champagne is included but we never got it even after asking the host about it.

The location was good enough, nice 20 minutes stroll to the city center. Good bakery nearby. We were lucky to have the parking spot but it is very tight so could be problematic for bigger car.

Everything in the kitchen was sticky. We ran the dishwasher and it started to leak in the apartment. There was no plug to unplug it for whole day and night the water pump was running empty, making a lot of noise and smell. The owner just said “sorry, couldn’t find someone to fix it”. The beds are terrible, old, squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall, it was not very clean and the value for money wasn’t there. Won’t come back.

Very clean and nice apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although there were no available parking slots, I quickly received support on where to park. Pet friendly. Thank you! Near apartment there is also two nice local bakeries.

Very spacious and cozy apartment with well equipped kitchen, with nice balcony and view on the Como low mountains.It is close to the train station to go to Milano (7 min). The parking is a plus since we can visit the city by walking or you can use the car at times. Great value for money as the apartment is beautiful with high ceilings and great decoration.

Comfortable apartment. Very good location, near the city center. Very easy communication with the host, who let us use the parking after check out.

We came off season so there were some problems with the heating, but that got sorted out real fast.
