La ubicación es perfecta, estás en el centro y no hay ruidos.

Tienes que subir unas escaleras un poco incómodas. Incluso dentro de la casa hay escaleras sin protección para bebés. Lo peor es que la cocina y el baño son abuhardillados, por lo que te das golpes inevitablemente. En el baño hay una bañera en la que no puedes ducharte de pie, te das con la cabeza en el techo. Nos quedamos sin agua caliente por un fallo del calentador. No debe ser la primera vez

It was a cute one bedroom apartment in the old city of Como. It was a good value for our money. We had a small kitchen which helped cut down on eating out costs. We also appreciated access to a washer and dryer. The staff was quick to respond to any questions and provided an online guide to both the apartment and the City of Como. The location was an easy walk to local sights, shops, restaurants, the train station, and the all important Lake Como Ferry Station.

The apartment is an attic apartment with some sloped ceilings that could be problematic if you are tall (we are not). Be aware that you have to carry your luggage up steps to access the apartment. The air conditioning was okay, not great; but they provided several fans which helped keep us comfortable.

The property was well-located, especially when taking into account the price and general price level in the town.

Even though the instructions were thorough, it took us about half an hour to find the apartment because it was elsewhere on the map, which was quite frustrating and exhausting. The apartment matched the pictures, but it was a little inconvenient due to the old structure, so if you're a tall person, you might find it difficult to go around particularly in the bathroom. It also surprised us how many stairs there were to the living floor.

Very comfortable bed and spacious. Good location and easy access.

Bathroom and kitchens roof are slanted so wouldn’t recommend for tall people, especially cause you can’t really stand up in the shower.

The flat is in the centre of the historical part of Como making it easy to reach the lake, bus and train stations, restaurants etc. The location is perfect. The flat had everything we needed for our short stay in Como and I especially liked the little verandah overlooking a pretty garden. The flat was equipped with everything we needed to spend 3 days exploring beautiful Como.
