Location, clean ,quiet as it looks into a courtyard.

No proper curtains.Cheap rod holding up piece of material that kept falling. Could not get Wi-Fi at all which caused us a problem No water in the fridge, no coffee offered which all other establishments offer and who charge a lower price. Espresso pot and kettle were not clean so we did not use them. Expensive for what was offered

Lage war super, nicht zu touristisch und doch nah am Geschehen. Alberto hat uns super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und auch der Checkin war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war gemütlich und hatte alles, was man braucht. Immer wieder gerne.

The apartment is in a perfect location — just a 10-minute bus ride from the train station. It’s a 20-minute walk to the Como Lake promenade through the charming narrow streets of the old town. The building entrance and elevator are spotless and well-maintained. There are some lovely cafés right in the building, and a large supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away. The apartment’s windows overlook a quiet inner courtyard, which makes it wonderfully peaceful. The owner was exceptionally helpful and provided clear, detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and use everything inside. The apartment itself has a beautiful, cozy interior — it’s bright, welcoming, and equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the excellent heating, which made the place feel extra cozy during the cool autumn nights. I’d also like to mention that the host kindly agreed to send us a small item we had forgotten via courier service. A great example of hospitality!

The internet speed is rather low.

Apartamento reformado, muy limpio y con una atención excelente: siempre pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y explicaciones claras.

Como detalle a mejorar, el baño: algo más antiguo y sin reformar, que desentona un poco con el resto. Si eres muy meticuloso, quizá te incomode.

Shower a real challenge to use. Appt could do with a refresh

The location of the apartment, very close to the old town, the shops are nearby, the cleanliness of the apartment, the kindness of the staff, I appreciated the recommendations received(about restaurants, where you can park your car for free - on the nearby streets)

The only downside would be the shower, the fact that you shower in a bathtub and there is no dividing wall, just a curtain, which doesn't keep the water out.
