NOOR - LK43-lodging city-apartments, kontaktlos mit Self Check-In

Die Lage ist ideal. Zwei Minuten zur Mur-Insel und sofort ist man in der Altstadt.

Irgendwie wirkte alles sehr anonym, da ich nie Kontakt zum Gastgeber hatte. Klar, das spart Zeit und Geld, aber irgendwie fühlt es ich, gerade für Alleinreisende, komisch an. Zudem empfand ich das Zimmer als eher ungemütlich. Auf den Bildern sah alles sehr schön aus, aber vor Ort hatte es irgendwie keinen Charme mehr. Auch der Aufgang zum Bett ist sehr steil und nur etwas für Menschen ohne Einschränkungen. Ich hatte eine Fußverletzung und musste immer seeeehr vorsichtig hoch und runter.

L'appartement était bien situé, près du centre-ville, spacieux, et propre. L'immeuble est très calme. L'équipe est très attentive et réactive via messagerie.

Il faisait un peu chaud la nuit et il est difficile de ventiler car les fenêtres donnent sur la rue (appartement Stairway to Heaven). Les couettes et oreillers étaient en tissu synthétique.

Sehr geschmackvoll und kreativ eingerichtetes Appartement. Sehr sauber. Betreiber antworteten rasch und sind sehr entgegenkommend. Sehr gut ausgestattet, Ausstattung gut beschrieben. Sehr gute Lage (rasch in der Innenstadt, tolles Viertel).

Leider etwas laut (an viel befahrener Straße), Sofa-Bett nicht so bequem.

Location was good and apartment was clean.

Firstly nowhere was it mentioned that the apartment is in the 3rd floor of a building without lift. Secondly in the description it is written “…1 living room, 1 separate bedroom …”, but the “bedroom” is a bed with ceiling height of less then one meter! and in order to get up to this bed one has to climb up makeshift narrow but high stairs without safety handrails - see photos. This is surely a fun apartment for students but definitely not for older people! I am sure that these stairs without safety handrails do not comply with Austrian regulations.

Great views, good location, within walking distance to bars, restaurants, trams and buses.

Great location, close to the center. The room has everything you need. Didn't meet the staff in person but they were very quick to answer any messages. Coffee machine with cartridges already there were highly appreciated :)

Location is perfect. On the quiet side of Graz, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the city center. Supermarket in less than 3 minutes, and various coffee places within a few minutes walk for the morning coffee. A really great area with many restaurants, bars though not in the middle of them (all a few to 5 minute walk). Studio apartment has more than you need. Room with a view, with direct view on the mountain with castle on the other side of the river Mur. Staff was very quick in responding and allowed a late checkout while asking just the night before.

Not so much I did ‘t like it, but good to know the building doesn’t have a lift, just stairs leading to the apartment.

Well designed and spacious suite over looking the Mur river and the iconic Schlossberg in the trendy Lend district.
